Amazing!!!E salon has went above and beyond! I see why you are rated number one. My first color was pulling a tad red. They not only corrected it but sent it to me for free because it wasn’t exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t ask for a better company to support! Thank you for not disappointing! Love the detailGreat instructions, even a sticker to post the instructions on your mirror. Two pairs of gloves. Dye preventing and erasing gel... just in case... for your skin. I love this product and my colorI colored my hair several days after receiving the order. At first I was a bit shocked at the new blonde but it has aged extremely well and my hair is shiny (yay) and healthy. Asked for AdjustmentsI asked for a little change in my formulation and it is perfect! I have been using esalon for many years and they have always been right on point. I highly recommend Esalon. Best dye used!Including salon dye by a professional, I am quite pleased with this product. I have very dye resistent white hair which can be a challenge and while this dye does not cover 100%, it does cover the best of what I tried so far and blends seamlessly which in my opinion makes it look natural, almost as barely there highlights. 13 von 14 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Loved it!I love the new color, my hair roots now have a warmer tone to it than what I am used to. Very happy so far!
