Custom colorIt had been 6 months from when I had my hair colored in a salon until I colored the first time. The roots were not completely covered. Esalon made an adjustment and my color is perfect. Amazing!!!E salon has went above and beyond! I see why you are rated number one. My first color was pulling a tad red. They not only corrected it but sent it to me for free because it wasn’t exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t ask for a better company to support! Thank you for not disappointing! Love the detailGreat instructions, even a sticker to post the instructions on your mirror. Two pairs of gloves. Dye preventing and erasing gel... just in case... for your skin. I love this product and my colorI colored my hair several days after receiving the order. At first I was a bit shocked at the new blonde but it has aged extremely well and my hair is shiny (yay) and healthy.
