Difficulty with hair colorI had such a hard time washing out the color. I used the shampoo and conditioner and it still feels greasy. When it dried, I had a gray streak on my front right side and i have never had gray and other colors showed up. It did not turn the color i expected it to be. I got the lightest blonde and it turned ash blonde which i really do not care for. One time i used garnier hair color, it turned ash blonde also. I would like to give it another try to see if it was just a faulty hair color or i was sent the wrong one. I usually get a much lighter color when i use one from the drugstore, that's why i was thinking maybe I was sent the wrong one. Like i said, I would give it one more chance but I don't want to take much more of a chance for something bad to happen to my hair. I like the shampoo and conditioner and would definitely buy more. Hands down...best color EVER!I've been a red-head for 30 years, trying to work with my natural auburn highlights. Working with my Esalon colorist, we have reached the perfect color for me. I love the convenience and pricing as well. In my mailbox on a schedule I can change as needed. The cost is a little more than drugstore brands, but minimal compared to going to a salon.
