Did not even give a shade to my greysOmg 😱 I had high hopes for this dye. How wrong 😑 I was after following all the steps and washing my hair it didn’t do absolutely nothing at all no joke not even a box dye from the drugstore was this horrible. Not soldI ordered a nice dark brown and after I ordered I received an email stating that they were changing my colour to a colour id like better. Not much of a differenceSadly I really didn’t see a big difference in the color I was going for/my goal for the product:( I know this kind of thing is trial and error since myself and the stylist cannot see each other and talk in person. I had added a picture of my hair color and how that was the color I wanted to upkeep and touch up but, sadly, that is not at all what I got out of my custom color. This was just my first order so I am still going to be giving it a second go. They give you an option to adjust your color and add notes to send to the colorist to hopefully make adjustments to the color/experience you had. I added as much detail as I could as well as a couple notes on the kind of developer volume my previous stylist used (I moved and can no longer see her).
