Something has changedI have been very pleased with the color of my custom hair color for over a year. However, the last 3 times that I have colored my hair, it feels awful when I'm washing it out. It feels like wax was dumped on my head and it won't rinse out. My hair feels like rubber. I have to shampoo it twice to soften it. It was perfect. I'm not sure why this is happening. Not happyThe dye did not suit my hair and 2 weeks ago I asked you to cancel any further orders, If any arrive I will not pay, sorry, yet again you are sending out to me another dye, I asked you to cancel it last month but you still sent it, I used it and once again the product did not suit my hair it made my hair feel like it was covered in lard and I rinsed it thoroughly and shampood and conditioned it as well, it felt so awful I had to shampoo it again twice to get rid ofvthe lardy effect on ex I receive it I will send it straight back to you Linda sutton 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Nice redIt started out a little later than I liked right after the application( more on the light side of Auburn) and turned into a really nice coppery color with a little bit of goldthe next day.
