Slimy gummie hairThe past two shipments of hair color have made my hair slimy and gummy. I had no choice but to wash my hair with Dawn dishwashing liquid to get that gross slimy, gummines out of my hair. Clearly you've changed your product as it smelled heavily of ammonia both times. hair feels waxyI thought product was easy to use since I have colored my own hair before. I am very happy with the color result, but I have a waxy buildup thought I rinsed hair well the first time. Let my hair air dry couldn't stand the build up so I tried rinsing again with just water, still seemed just as bad. WOWWas a little hesitant to use at first as it was unknown products and unfamiliar way of purchasing hair colour. Tried it yesterday and am blown away how good it is. 100% grey coverage (which I have never achieved from store bought hair colours), easy to apply and an absolutely beautiful colour. Love this product!I started buying this product a few months back and love it, it covers my grey hair better than any other brand and even better than the salon products. It's very easy and quick to apply, and does not leave any strong chemical smells instead leaves my hair very soft and shine.
