WonderfulThis was my first time ever using a mail order hair color so I was unsure. The color was great, my hair turned out better than I expected & it is really soft! Custom colourI never thought I would colour my hair from something that was delivered to my door. I'm very fussy. And need my hair colored at least every 3 to 4 weeks. Super Match!I was skeptical at first but felt if it was a drastic epic-fail I could just pop down to the drug store for a MissClairol!! But I'm never using Drug Store color again!! All the items needed ftom start to finish are included! Even two pair of gloves!!! I am most impressed with the ease of use and all the support available if needed. They are truly chemical magicians! Perfect ColorLove my custom hair color. But even more I love the way my hair feels afterwards. Really gives my hair a soft feel. Application was easier than I expected and colored my gray roots completely. Thanks for suggesting I use a shade lighter than I originally chose.
