Base color is too brassy stillI have been trying to work with eSalon to get them to help me. They seem responsive to a point, but when I continue to struggle with the issue after many attempts, I thought they could tell me, "Well, try this instead." They did suggest Tinted Love, but still it doesn't subdue it enough. Color all wrong, no customer serviceAfter being a customer for over 2 years, the color I received this time turned me into a carrot top instead of my usual strawberry blond. Perfect color!I have colored my hair for years and in later years had my color professionally applied. E-Salon has given me the perfect color and saved me $60. each time I use it.
