Good even colour but...Let's start about good things: It is simply to use like any other colour I have used before. The colour is even and shiny. Good shampoo and great conditioner. Dosing bottle - probably the best I have ever used. Wash outs ok but it takes a little bit of time. Good box and clear instructions. I really like that I have been given two pairs of gloves. Now the not so good - it stains skin more than I expected - like hair die from 90's - I have long thick hair and I had my skin stained up my elbows! It smells quite strong but opened window does the trick. My colour had too strong ash tones - but that it is my fault - I have asked for it and then for extra neutraliser. Definitely I will order it again but I will make my husband apply colour for me and already I have already asked for some adjustments to colour itself. I LOVE my new color!I have to admit, I was afraid! I saw the raw colors in steps one and two and thought I over stepped my color description when ordering. But I went all in, and I am thrilled with the results! My boyfriend commented on the natural results, and multi dimensional color. Love it! Great value as well. Very very happy. This color and special treatment makes me feel so good.I was able to try my first coloring and I loved it! My husband loves it. He said it is the closest to my original color he has seen me try. I did feel I needed a slight change, just a little more brown, less red. I was able to contact eSalon and made my request. Custom Color!My hair has never looked better! I was using a box color for my red- and the manufacturer kept changing my color!! Which means you can't get it any more- unless you go on Amazon and be expected to pay way to much! So glad I found esalon!! My color will never change!!
