No salon ever could get this right but eSalon did!I've been chasing my original hair color since it started turning grey and getting darker and duller. In my 20s and before I always got all these compliments on my hair . . . I got used to it. And then they stopped and I kept wondering why until I realized how much my hair had changed. I tried henna, I tried fancy salon jobs . . . nothing worked. The salon would make it super dark red for weeks and then it would fade to close to the right color, but that's not what I wanted it to look like. One try with eSalon and . . . It's my natural color. What's the point?I came to e-salon to lighten my hair for the summer. After sending pictures and having many back-and-forths with the colorist, this was as light as she felt we could go. Well guess what? After spending $$$ and time to apply this color not to mention exposing myself to harsh chemicals, guess what? MY HAIR WAS EXACTLY THE SAME. Did not likeMy hair turned out very dark. I colored my hair the day before my daughters high school graduation and it was almost black. Upon reviewing your account, we see that we had not changed your color and would like to remind you not to pull roots application color down through the rest of your hair, as this will severely darken your hair. You're doing great so far by trying to lighten your hair; we recommend a clarifying shampoo to help it along and your colorist would be glad to assist you in getting your color back. |

Great formula.It's truly amazing, your eSalon system. I had doubts at first, of course, thinking how good can it be to "custom" color without even seeing my hair physically. The texture of it, the strength it'd tell, etc., but somehow via a single photo and just a few questions eSalon's color specialist was able to get the near exact color I'd desired. I really like its system very much. What's more, there is always plenty of it to cover my whole head, then some. The price is perfect for my budget too, and with its personalized specific instruction there's no way to make mistake. Easy. Simple. Fantastic, and perfect color.
