Sticky and greasyThe color looks as I expected, however my hair is extremely sticky and greasy after washing multiple times. It looks like I put a lot of oil in it and I can barely brush through it. Loved the color in FIRST shipmentWhen you order from this company, there is a separate charge for root color and ends color. Surprise!! Shipments come on time, quality is good, but customer service is inadequate. Never got the same root color twice no matter what the bottle was marked, no refunds.
