WaxinesI've been using this product for long enough now that I know the results are always waxy! I used redkin color gels before and never had this problem. The last time I washed, I am not exaggerating that I had to wash a dozen times (including using baking soda to absorb oils) to get the awful greasy feeling out of my hair and it still was not working. Now my grays are back and I am not technically due for a color for weeks. I have stuck with it and followed instructions to give this the benefit of the doubt, but I'm not happy. So disappointedI had looked at Madison Reed for a year before trying.. I finally did, initially loved the color and the grey was perfectly covered.
