great resultsI am new to at home color and couldn't be happier. The instructions were easy to understand and I could follow them with no problems. The colorist planned my two-step change from grown out light blond to my more natural brunette perfectly. I should have done this years agoI've been using box color for years and always thought it was "just ok". But I began to realize how harsh it is on my hair and the color never lasted and was never quite right or the way I wanted it. Just did my first color through eSalon and it looks amazing. Not dry or brittle. I'm not sure I'm loving the color I created yet, it's not bad at all, might need just a little adjustment, but I'm going to give it a few more times before I decide to tweak the color. Bad all the wayI have dyed my hair alot in my past so I know what to do and how to do it in this the instruction were somewhat confusing but I didn't have any problem using it but my color I don't like my husband who picked it out said he picked something else not this color it also made my hair feel horrible I stopped my plan because I can go to Walmart and get a dye kit spend less I would get what I would want and my hair would feel alot better 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Color is wrong for meI want to cancel this subscription, the color is so wrong for me. Too bright. Please do not send me another shipment, I will refuse it and send it back.
