Very pleasedVery pleased with the end results however I could not apply to the roots and then the ends so I ended up putting a good amount throughout and then combed it through and leaving it for 25 minutes. OOPS DIDNT GO SO WELLMy first try was not good. As per instructions, Step1, after mixing the bottles the dye began to coalaglate. Using approx. 1/4 of the bottle I discontinued use. Step 2 again the same thing not as bad. The color that did take was okay, would have preferred a little more blue for highlight and accent. To be fair I recorded my kid in Nov.2023. Not sure if that would have made the issue. However I was excited to try your product, and would love to give it another try. Please help me .. Couleur trop clairBonjour , s est la deuxième fois que je fais la couleur . J ai demandé plus clair pour les racines ( les racines étaient orange ) je souhaiterais pour la prochaine couleur revenir à la première que vous m avez faites . Amazing ProductI was getting my greys covered every 3-4 weeks spending around $140 plus tip to my stylist. I feel I am receiving the same product and spending so much less.
