Hate the automated charge, hate the color, hate all your productsWould never use this product again, but wait you charged me and sent me another box! It was too runny and expensive when it was $10 on the initial promotion and now eye-gouging at now $25 for full price!! Even the other products I purchased were cheap and overpriced. Warm beigeThe color was too dark and stained my scalp. RatingI ordered this product because it boasted on coloring stubborn gray. Color was not right for meMy color is not even close to what I selected. The only good thing about this experience is that my hair feels great. However, my hair color is really an awful, brassy reddish color. I was very hopeful that esalon would work for me, but sadly it did not.
