Not what I expectedI like my color but I don't love it like I did with the previous order. I thought more auburn would be a few shades darker but I got a soft brown. Natural beautiful colorI truly love the medium brown color with caramel highlights I get every time. There is nothing that compares to the quality of eSalon products and having all the tools to do the color/highlights is so awesome. Great colour, so easy to useThe packaging was so cute, instructions were very easy to follow and colour matched very well! I didn’t apply the colour myself, I had my daughter do most of the steps but we both found it simple and stress free. I like that I was able to skip this month’s shipment since I didn’t apply the colour until a few weeks after I had received it. Cancelled My SubscriptionEven after speaking with the consultants (I am a trained cosmologist) and telling them exactly what I needed and wanted changed, my color was constantly wrong. Réajuster là couleur Verdi et trop sombreBonjour la couleur de la précédente Commande ne me convient pas et Verdi. Très decevantJe demande marron clair sachant que je suis châtain, aucun changement après coloration . Ma mère a aussi commandé poir une teinte plis claire que la sienne et au final se retrouve presque noire .
