first timehi, i loved the colour result but was a little concerned that it was only for root application as i have never done that at home myself before, i have always done full coverage. i found it ok, but a little difficult to apply to just the roots and was constantly worried that i would get some on the length by mistake. there was a lot of mix left in the bottle at the end which then made me think i had done something wrong, but the colour came out ok, missed a few greys at the front but i think tht was down to me rather than the colour coverage 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Nothing short of a nightmareI would say I get what I deserve ordering color on line but, I think even this is extreme! I sent in before pic of my hair and made special note that I pull red. They supposedly adjusted for that and shipped the color. My entire head is not only red but it is and orange brassy red! I could have done better with a drug store color! 4 days later they have yet to even ship the repair color - I am beyond myself! I’ve not had color in my hair in over 3 years and am now hoping they can even take me back to my original before I applied this mess!! Did I mention I even kicked in extra for the worthless toner and only wanted to go two shades lighter! UGH 😑 SAVE YOURSELF and go to the salon! 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Agréablement surpriseAprès avoir parcouru les avis je me lance mais je m'attendais pas a avoir le sentiment d'être au salon de coiffure mais a la maison ! La réception du colis, les instructions personnalisés, la couleur sur mesure avec conseils je suis véritablement bluffée ! Des salons j'en ai fait, et des colorations de grande surface malheureusement aussi. Mais là, aucunes mauvaise surprise ! La couleur est parfaitement ce à quoi je m'attendais. On est aux petits soins pour nous, mais à domicile en prenant le temps et sans les inconvénients innombrables du salon physique.
