2nd Time Aroundfound time to apply my color after receiving it weeks ago. This is my second time using color from eSalon and I'm still not satisfied. I follow the instructions closely with the exception of a few minutes due to having long thick hair. After I was done washing/ rinsing out the color it feels sticky and strands clump together. Latest root color was too orange!I know we lightened the root coverage, but now am thinking it has to go darker again. Maybe back to the original. First time userThe color was good but just made my hair all darker. I was hoping that some natural highlights would stay. Too dark and matt, overall color was dullThis hair product is not for me, not only it made my hair look too dark, zero dimensional color. It also made my hair stiff, crunchy! .. Not good! I am very dissappointed.My hair was blond with dark roots and many grays in my roots. I chose a copper color that was vibrant and bright, and I somehow ended up with a dull dark auburn that never fully covered my gray's and is a very flat and dull color.
