root touch up colorI have a problem with the root touch up color that was made for me. it is NOT the color I wanted. I asked for a revision of more blondish brown not more red and now my color isn't even close to the original color you made me. I know its hard to do a revision and I understand that. Hard to findI'm not complaining about the consistency of the color. And it certainly doesn't damage my hair. It's my inconsistency that is giving my stylist problems!! Canceled Account but see it is still onlineDue to mistake ended up changing auto-ship date and received a bottle early because eSalon refused to make it right. After canceling my account via phone, I checked a month later and was able to log in, and to my horror, I found it was NOT canceled! Shame on eSalon!!
