Awesome company, gorgeous results!E-Salon has been my go-to for fantastic hair long before the Pandemic. It's been a game-changer, especially considering the exorbitant salon costs and frequent appointments I used to endure. Their professional-grade products, accompanied by detailed instructions and support, have truly transformed my routine. One impressive feature was the toning mask included in my highlights kit, which not only prevents brassy tones but also doubles as a post-highlight conditioner. Even my colorist was amazed when I mentioned it! The compliments I receive on my color are constant, and it always surprises people when I reveal that I do it myself. The support from my e-Salon colorist has been exceptional; I can ask questions and receive detailed email responses, even with her direct phone number for more personal discussions. Their proactive approach, like calling to confirm orders that might overlap or helping me adjust my auto-ship frequencies, has made the experience incredibly smooth. Plus, temporarily un-enrolling and re-starting is hassle-free since my information is securely stored in my account. Au topJ ai reçu ma couleur, très satisfaite vraiment du rendu au top, les cheveux ne sont pas abîmés, comme chez le coiffeur😃 et tout est parfait que se soit au niveau de l envois du colis à la réception. Les emballages sont très soignés et très beaux. Une notice simple et hyper bien expliqué. Je me suis abonnée trop contente. Turned my hair orange TWICE in the last 6 monthsI have been a customer since 2016 dying my hair every 4 weeks. July 2024 I dyed my hair as usual and once dry I noticed my hair was orange wherever the dye was put in my hair. I called esalon & they apologized and shipped out a replacement box for free. I did notice that the dye had exploded out of the bottle in the garbage can where I had thrown it out and this never happens. Fast forward to Dec 2024, dye my hair and hair is orange again! I’m so upset as this is the second time and it is the holidays and I have events to attend and my hair is orange. I call esalon and ask them to please overnight the replacement box. I ask why this is happening and the colorist on the phone admits I’m not the first & that they've been having warehousing issues!!! Needless to say they said they would ship out express and they did not and I got it 10days later and spent the holidays with orange hair. The dye also again exploded out of the bottle in garbage can. Too light & didn’t cover graysI asked for the darkest brown with copper tones. My hair is now a light coppery brown color. Also, it didn’t cover up my grays. I followed the instructions exactly and I’m very disappointed in the results. Another problem was the smell. I’ve used a few different hair color services to try find the best one for me, and this one was the most chemical smelling. I’m still sneezing hours later. Fades quickly, can’t get more to refreshI absolutely loved this color when I first ordered it, so much so that when it began to fade I immediately ordered more. I only received my root color. I was shocked by this since I used esalon in the past and the kit typically refreshes the entire color. While it’s a great product, I feel like that was there was to save money at the customers expense. I don’t think any product designed to color my hair that requires me begging customer service to include enough product to complete the task is worth it.
