Continue to be impressed!I have been impressed with this whole process, from the survey and picture submission to the way my hair color arrives. I feel pampered when I open the box and see my name on the personal hair color, 2 sets of nice latex gloves that fit instead of getting in the way and even stain guard and stain remover for around my hairline. Down the road, I wanted to make a slight change in my color and tone down the reds. I received 2 colors with easy to follow instructions to color my roots and old color for a seamless update! Excellent hair coloring productI wanted a color close to my original hair color. I never seemed to find the right one, even tried mixing two colors together which was better, but a nuisance. E Salon got it right the first time! Best of all, there are no high pressure sales tactics.
