Colour not as expectedHaving asked for a lighter colour with more golden and caramel tones, and having applied as directed just to roots for the first 30 minutes, the colour is still much darker than expected. Not what I expected!!Used the product as directed, now my hair is dark brown (even thou I ordered medium blonde and the web pic was kind of ash medium blond), it didn't cover my grey hair either.
