Not as satisfied as first two times.I have used this hair color a few times now and have to say I am reconsidering my options. I've worked hard at following the instructions and times but have not consistently gotten close to the same results. Disappointing: did not cover gray hair!This would be my third time using the Custom Hair Color product. The first two times the product worked great. This last time, I was really disappointed. Turn for the WorstI dont know if you changed your formula or what but this does not cover everything anymore. When I receive this hair color I would take it to my hairdresser who made sure it was everywhere. I get out into the sun and I see it does not cover everything. Still some stubborn greyWhile this color was re-formulated for me, with extra grey coverage, and more intense red, it wasnt neither. The color i like well enough, for now.
