Good colorThis color is just a little darker than my natural color, but better than the first color which was to red. My natural color is a little blonde than the ash brown color sent, but it’s manageable. YOU DID IT!!!!After over a year with using eSalon I wanted some highlights so I first asked Heather (my great Colorist there) if I could get highlights at my beauty salon. She said yes. After my highlighting my hair color was wayyyyy too light and bright. I hated it! Why did I do that? I contacted Heather and we spoke by phone. She recommended a slight change to my color and WHAT A MIRACLE! My color is perfect and the highlights are there. I LOVE IT!! Bad customer serviceThis is the 5th time I’ve had to adjust my color for no gray coverage and brassy roots. They say that you don’t pay for it if it’s wrong, but I’ve paid for every single one. This is terrible!I received it n was so excited to receive it. I applied the color n waiting … rinsed it all out washed n conditioned it. Waited for it to dry a bit. The color took to my roots but not length of my hair! Geez I look ridiculous! Wish I never tried it! Now I have to figure out how to cancel this!
