Excellent!Le set est très mignon et présenté de manière très soignée. Les produits sont agréables à utiliser, application facile. Ravie par ma couleur et par son évolution avec les lavages. Wow! Just WOW!May I thank you all 100%! I LOVED my color and the packaging was so sweet because it was personalized just for me. The instructions were very easy to follow and there was plenty of color even though my hair is just below my shoulders. No nasty odor and my hair was Rediculously soft and shiny! TerribleThis was my second order, first one was totally fine, covered my grays perfectly, no issues, this order was horrendous. Little to no grey coverage, the color looks atrocious, I’m just counting down the days til I can go get this color corrected I have no idea what happened between first and second order but this quality on the second order is so bad. ImpressiveI ❤️ the packaging it made me feel special/pampered. 2. the how to videos were so thorough easy to understand and faq had every answers and questions making it the 1st time in a LONG TIME I actually covered all my tons of gray including the back I had my kids check my head at all angles. and I liked the amount of color I hv thick med length hair and drugstore brand I hv to cut applicator with big scissors to get every last trop on ends. It has held up amazingly at 6 weeks. so now I want but weighing the can I afford or gtta wait. it's the shipping tht kills and sometimes I can only afford 25-30 not 75$ -100$ for free shipping. Wonderful hairdyeMy hair was unaffected by the dye, meaning it stayed healthy and very happy. It is important to follow the directions exactly if you are attempting to cover gray.
