Good product but...The product at times does not consistently cover my roots. I have learned that others I recommended to use the color are saying the same. But I think what is the worst is that I have been a very long time customers and spent a lot of money and have remained loyal. In doing so I order every 4 weeks for years now and they should reward their loyal customers with some kind of benefit in free shipping or at least reduced shipping.
