OMG. What a dishonest company.I ORDERED PRODUCT LAST FALL. I DID NOT CARE FOR IT AT ALL. I TRIED A COUPLE MORE "SOLUTIONS" THEY SENT TO ME AND NOTHING WORKED. I DID NOT WANT AUTO SHIP TO OCCUR SO I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND I WOULD HAVE TO 'RESTART' AUTO SHIP IF I WANTED TO ORDER AGAIN. TODAY MY BANK ACCOUNT HAD A $51 CHARGE FROM eSALON. I disputed it with my bank and went to the chat box and that rep told me it wasn't cancelled but she cancelled it for me BEFORE we chatted. What? Alexandria Paget turned my hair orangeMy colorist, Alexandria, sent this concoction for me to try. She was supposed to have fixed the color the last two times around but my hair kept turning orange. This order was supposed to be a new color but it still turned my hair orange. I sent pictures and asked what I should do since I didn't want to buy another box. She responded asking me what I want her to do...well now I thought I asked you what to do. If I knew what to do I wouldn't be asking. F’d my hair upI’ve colored my hair myself 100’s of times and I’ve always had really good luck. Until I tried eSalon. The color I chose is exactly what I wanted. However, the color only “took” in 1/3 of my hair. And my hair was not colored, treated, and very healthy before I used eSalon color. I uploaded photos. I sent a message explaining my issue. Begged them to send me more color so I can fix this mess BEFORE the holiday and I’ve had ZERO response. I’m going to have to buy a box color from the pharmacy. Grey hair coverageFirst, I love this kit! I don’t have to shop multiple places. I don’t have to decide color. Easy to use. Very convenient and quick. This is my Third time to use, I’m on auto ship. I just made an adjustment to my order to see if I can get a richer grab of color where my greys come in. Very easy to go in to account and make changes or add on if I want to. Colour success after trying a darker shadeI have used Esalon for some time now. I am happy with how it leaves my hair and how well it covers greys. But on my hair at least some washes out (the water is definitely 'coloured' the first few times I wash my hair after colouring). I don't go back to my natural colour but instead of the dark blonde warm beige shade I started with it ends up more light/mid blonde. So I tried light brown warm beige with my last order. Obviously it came out a darker shade than before, but after a week's washing my hair lightened and has stayed at a lovely colour of dark blonde with a hint of gold that shines in the sun. Worst color ever/TRASH!!!My light blonde hair went to a light mousy brown color. Terrible results. I will never use your products again!! I called & left a voicemail message with my personal information & the mis-color management & never received a call back, no refunds & you had the audacity to even send me the same ridiculous color a 2nd time!!! You missed this customer by a million times! Cancel this ridiculous nonsense of a poor colorist, he/she is far from professional & you don’t follow through with your warranty/guarantee/promises!!
