Does not cover gray hair as advertisedNot only does it not cover gray hair, it has turned my hair into straw. I took it to my hair dresser to apply as she has the skills better than myself and my lord. My hair is straw. I just cut off 9 inches of hair because it was so bad. No, it was not over processed, either. We went exactly by the timing on the instructions (actually one minute less because my head started burning so badly to where I now have scabs on it) - this may work for many, but I certainly will never ever order this again. Excellent Grey CoverageI ordered for the first time. It came rather quickly and instructions were clear and easy to understand. I picked a color that was a little darker than I expected but I’m highly satisfied with the product. I like the fact that you can email your colorist and change the hair color you receive. So much better than expected!I decided to try e salon because I was spending too much time in a salon chair! I have long hair and it doesn’t usually take to color easily. I saw an add for the initial trial for $10 and figured worst case scenario, I go back to the salon to have any issues fixed….best case scenario I spend ten bucks and look great! Well I am so happy to say my first experience with e salon was absolutely Best Case Scenario! My hair turned out beautiful, all the yellow brassiness I hated is gone. The kit came with everything needed and more. I particularly loved the little color corrector wipe for when messy applicators like me get some dye on the face. Was a bit to dark for meI had specified that I wanted a full coverage strawberry blonde instead my colorist decided I needed a demi permanent color that is a dark copper red no blonde to it at all. I decided I'd give it a go since I felt a stylist knew what she was talking about it's not bad but not what I was expecting either. Hoping to get a permanent full coverage strawberry blonde next time around. Also to add I've been coloring my own hair since I was 16 and I'm 45 now trying to cover up grays not just having fun changing my hair color like my teenage years, so was really excited to give this company a try but I also know my hair and well demi permanent is a no go for me I need a permanent full coverage for those unruly grays. AngryI got sucked into this. They were very clever with the $10 pitch. The first order I used I bottle. I still have the other. Now they send be another. Now I have 3 bottles.
