Have used--but now they won't send or sell me my color. RidiculousI have really liked eSalon, but I collected color faster than I could use it so i stopped ordering for a few months. But I loved my color (after some adjustment). I went to re-order--and they won't let me re-order my color. I have to start all over, create a new profile, etc. Why? All my information is in my account, and none of it has changed. So why do I have to start over, risk not getting the color I want again, and all that? I reached out to customer support, and the agent basically said nothing they can do--they refuse to sell me my existing color again. What company behaves this way?! Excellent color choiceI was looking for some adjustments to my strawberry blonde, and this one is a perfect formula. Will stick to this one. Colorists were helpful as always, which is what I like as much as the great color they provide. Have been a longtime customer and don't plan to quit any time soon. FANTASTIC CHOICE FOR ME WITH MY SKIN TONE.When I saw this on Facebook , I was a bit held back from ordering my color on line. At $10.00 I thought I'd give it a try. Well let me tell you that it wasn't exactly what I had but when a friend did my hair, I fell in love with the color and you did a marvelous change that doesn't look phony. I'm going to be 78 in May and PO people that I've come in contact with say, "No way ! '" Thank you but when I reorder after the 3 rd when I get paid , I want the same color.
