Super soft and healthy looking!So had my first order come to me, gorgeous little box and beautifully presented! Put it on as per the instructions, however it wasn’t quite right. It wasn’t as bright as I had thought. Doh! Sent a message to the e-salon with my query and pictures. They sent out free of charge a new updated colour. Omg it’s stunning! Fabulous ColourI was very impressed with with my experience with eSalon. The ordering process was straightforward and easy. I was kept informed of the progress of my order. The dye is easy to use, instructions are good to follow. The results are fabulous. Best hair dye I have ever used. Amazing customer service and high quality products.This company is amazing. The ease of colouring my hair at home with top quality products and low cost is worth it. The customer service is fabulous. I had my ends turn a little dull in the colour due to my original bleached light blonde ends and they sent me a colour to fix it straight away and for free. colore perfettoavevo timore che questo colore fosse piu' scuro ed invece e' uguale a quello che ho sempre fatto, sono molto contenta.
